Robert Young knows about property. He is an accountant
and economist by training and experience, he is a landlord of over 20 years
standing, he is the author of the Penicuik Property Blog which helps buy to let
investors answer their two most important questions how much is my property
worth and where is my next property coming from, and he is Chief Executive of
letting agency, The Key Place.
Craig Forster, Partner, Allan McDougall
Craig knows the local property market well and will explore
how landlords should go about sourcing and buying properties. He will look at issues surrounding the recent
introduction of the Land & Buildings Transaction Tax. With the forthcoming changes to tax on
mortgage relief, Craig will also discuss how best to handle your investment
property with regards to individual ownership versus limited company.
