Let’s do the maths.  This flat is on the market with Allan McDougall for offers over £75,000.  It was on the market for offers over £82,000 so the owner is clearly keen to sell.  Let’s say it goes for £82,000.  A flat like this in this area should rent for £550 pcm so that gets you to a yield of 8% which is good for a desirable, stone build, main door flat like this.
