I have to say, there are some really nice properties on the
market in Penicuik at the moment, so many to choose from! Doesn't make it any

Mauricewood area of Penicuik. The house has
plenty of accommodation with two public rooms as well as a conservatory and it
has four bedrooms. The property is in a
reasonable condition although the kitchen, carpets etc look a wee bit
dated. Also, you would want to check out
the shower to make sure it a normal over the bath, stand up one.

£1,050 pcm on this property, this is where we have got our 7.6% return. You could get a higher rental price is you
spend some money modernising the kitchen, carpets etc.
